FAQ
Do you take insurance?
As of now, I do not. I currently take self-pay, FSA/HSA payments, and can provide you with a superbill.
What is a superbill?
A superbill is an itemized receipt of the therapy services you receive. It includes details like dates of service, type of session, diagnosis, and fees, which you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. While reimbursement is handled by your insurance provider and cannot be guaranteed, a superbill makes the process simple and transparent.
What is the difference of therapy & coaching?
Therapy focuses on healing, processing past experiences, and addressing mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, or depression. It often involves exploring patterns, emotions, and coping strategies in a safe, confidential space.

Coaching is forward-focused and goal-oriented, helping you clarify your vision, take actionable steps, and create meaningful change in areas like career, life transitions, or personal growth. Coaching assumes you are already functioning well but want guidance, accountability, and support to reach your goals.
